Samuel Moore was arraigned Monday morning in Hamilton County court. His bond is set at $2 million.

SYMMES TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - The victim who was shot multiple times over a dice game has died from his injuries.

Alan Smith, 33, died from gun shot wounds a short time after 12:30 a.m. Sunday at University Hospital.

Sheriffs say he was shot multiple times by 20-year-old Samuel Moore. An argument over a dice game is believed to be the cause of the incident.

Moore is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center. He has been additionally charged with one count of Murder. He was originally charged with Felonious Assault.

SYMMES TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - An man is behind bars after he's accused of shooting another man multiple times over a dice game.

A short time before 2 a.m. on Saturday, sheriffs were called to the 8700 block of Harpers Point Drive for report of a shooting. There, they found Alan Smith, 33, suffering with multiple gun shot wounds. He was taken to University Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.

Investigators discovered that Smith had been in an altercation with another male over a dice game. The suspect had produced a gun and shot him several times. The suspect was identified as Samuel Moore, 20.

He is charged with Felonious Assault and is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
