UPDATE: St. Bernard homicide victim identified

ST. BERNARD, OH (FOX19) -

UPDATE: The victim of a murder in St. Bernard has been identified as William Nauman, 47, of Ridgeway Road in Cincinnati.

The Hamilton County Coroner says the cause of death is blunt force trauma to the head, and says the victim was also stabbed many times.

The offense occurred sometime between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Sunday, June 7.

After interview two persons of interest, police determined the suspects were friends who met in the area on a regular basis to hunt for scrap metal. The suspects and the victim got into an altercation, resulting in Nauman's death.

The suspects have been arrested and charged with aggravated murder. They have been identified as Wesley B. Noble, 37, and Jessie M. Mullins, 23.


PREVIOUSLY:

St. Bernard Police are investigating a homicide.

The body of a male was found around 2 a.m. in the 5500 block of Vine Street, behind the Rumpke Recycling Center, but off the Rumpke property.

The remains have been taken to the Hamilton County coroner's office for identification and to determine a cause a death.

Police are interviewing two suspects, but aren't releasing any more information at this time.
