CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Hamilton County grand jury has indicted a man for murder after he shot and killed an innocent bystander.
Police say Michael Crutchfield, 25, was shooting at three people on May 10 when he killed Brittany Jackson, 20, with a stray bullet.
Crutchfield was also indicted on three counts of attempted murder and three counts of felonious assault.
