Hamilton car dealership owner shot

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Police are looking for two suspects they say shot a car dealership owner Wednesday morning.

A short time before 9:30 a.m., police received a 911 call about shots fired at the Premier Auto Mart located on the 800 block of South Erie Highway.

Police discovered that Greg Meyers, the owner of the auto mart, was shot in the left arm. He was taken to Fort Hamilton Hospital, then transferred to Miami Hospital in Dayton. His condition is not known.

Detectives are looking for two suspects who were involved in the shooting. According to police, the suspect are two black males. One of them fled on foot and the other drove off in a silver Chrysler PT Cruiser. One of the men displayed a handgun and demanded money.

The shooting is still under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call Hamilton Police at 513-868-5811 ext. 2007.
