CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - An Ohio company is distributed 250 converter boxes to those in need Friday morning at 8 a.m.

The handout will be at the Freestore Foodbank, 112 E. Liberty Street, Cincinnati. Participants will be asked to show ID, proof of address and income.

Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings, Inc., a Canton, Ohio company, has donated 2,500 converter boxes statewide.

Officials said 250 other converter boxes will be distributed to current clients in ongoing programs in Cincinnati and 500 additional boxes will be distributed through other member agencies.

The boxes being distributed are Sansonic's FT300A, which was rated by Consumer Reports as one of the best converter boxes for picture quality.

"With our donation, we wanted to help Ohio families prepare for the transition and are happy to team up with the Better Business Bureau to make this happen." Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings Director of Operations Robert Castaldo said.
