Lemon Rosemary Chicken

1 ½ lbs. chicken breasts

1 Tablespoon Wildtree's Lemon Rosemary blend

2 Tablespoons Wildtree's Lemon or Natural Grapeseed Oil

Combine blend and oil in small bowl.  Brush mixture on chicken breasts.  Grill quickly (2 min.) on each side.  Lower heat to low and cook until juices run clear.  Can also bake in oven.  Mixture is delicious with swordfish or tuna, too!

Ranchers Pork Chops

4-6, 6 oz. boneless pork chops

2 - 3 Tablespoons Wildtree's Rancher Steak Rub blend

2 Tablespoons Wildtree's Natural Grapeseed Oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Brush each pork chop with grapeseed oil and sprinkle with Rancher Steak Rub.  Place on baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.


Shrimp Scampi

1 lb. shrimp (peeled, deveined)

3 Tablespooons Wildtree's Roasted Garlic Grapeseed oil

1 ½ teaspoons Wildtree's Scampi blend

bread crumbs

asiago cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix the grapeseed oil with the scampi blend.  Toss the shrimp with this mixture.  Put into baking dish.  Bake for about 5 minutes.  Take out, stir, sprinkle on bread crumbs and cheese.  Bake again for about 5 more minutes.

Pulled Pork

3 - 4 lb. pork loin

½ a bottle of Wildtree's Wicked Good Slow Cooker Sauce


Place pork loin in crockpot (mine's usually frozen still).  Pour about ½ the bottle of Wicked Good Slow Cooker sauce on it.  Put lid on.  Put crockpot on low for 8 hrs.  Then, the meat will just shred easily using two forks.  Juicy and terrific!
