CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The normally quiet stretch of eastbound Columbia Parkway turned dangerous over the weekend.
Police say someone hiding near Taft Road threw rocks that smashed windows on several cars.
There are at least 11 reports of damage.
One of the victims was in a cab that got hit and is in intensive care for injuries to her face.
