LOCKLAND, OH (FOX19) - The owner of a local consignment shop that was raided earlier this month has been arrested.

David  Hartman, 25, faces three counts of trafficking in drugs, two counts of possession of a dangerous ordinance and one county of illegal manufacture or possession of explosives.

Hartman is the owner of the 'Just Stuff' consignment shop. When the store was raided, police found several stolen items, homemade explosives and an alligator.

Hartman will not be charged for having the alligator, because it is not illegal to own an alligator as a pet in Ohio.

Hartman was in court Thursday morning. His bond was set at $13,500.
