Man charged with firing gun at flea market

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A local man is behind bars after firing a gun at a flea market, injuring himself and a bystander.

Jason Duncan, 26, faces charges of inducing panic, carrying a concealed weapon and receiving stolen property.

According to court records, Duncan fired a stolen 9mm glock pistol Saturday at the Miamitown Flea Market. He injured himself and a bystander, but none of the injuries were life-threatening.

His bond was set at $25,000.
