CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Anthony Kirkland was arraigned Tuesday morning for the murder of Kimya Rolison.
He pled not guilty.
His defense attorneys also submitted more than 90 motions, which were read in court.
Kirkland has also pled not guilty to the murders of Esme Kenney, Mary Jo Newton and Casoyna Crawford.
On Monday, Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters announced that Kirkland had been indicted for Rolison's murder.
When he was arraigned for those murders, he collapsed in court.
Kirkland faces the death penalty if he is convicted of killing either Esme Kenney or Casoyna Crawford.
He continues to be held in the Hamilton County Justice Center on no bond.
