Former city manager assistant charged with theft

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A former assistant to Cincinnati's city managers is charged with theft .

Court documents show Trina Porter, 45, took $650 from a collection for the United Negro College Fund without the city's permission.

She's also settled a couple of financial disputes in and out of court in the past few months.

She has resigned from the city manager's office. Porter worked for the city for 19 years, with the last five being in the city manager's office.
