CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A West Chester man faces charges that he allegedly watched women in the bathroom at Tri-County Mall.

Chester Hatton, 45, faces two counts of voyeurism. He was arraigned Thursday morning in court, where his bond was set at $50,000.

Police say that last month, Hatton followed a 12-year-old girl into the ladies room, and then reached his cell phone under the stall she was using and took photos of her.

About a month later, police say Hatton followed a lady into a different restroom at the mall and the woman noticed him looked at her through an opening in the stall. However, the woman was a security officer, and so after Hatton exited the restroom, he was detained by Springdale Officers.

Hatton is a registered sex officer. He spent much of this decade in jail for a sex charge and had been out on parole. Springdale Police say Hatton stayed at the Tri-County Inn and would walk to the mall.

Police say Hatton has performed a number of these type of offenses over the past few months. According to court records, Hatton told police he would get sexually aroused by watching the women and masturbate after seeing them.

Police are almost sure there are more victims.

"Anybody that's had this happen to them, we'd love to have them come forward," said Lt. Michael Mathis with Springdale Police.
