Chicken Con Broccoli Recipe

3 Chicken tenderloins

Egg and milk mix for dipping

Seasoned flour

Seasoned bread crumbs with parmesan cheese

1oz Olive oil

6oz White wine cream sauce

4oz Broccoli cut into pieces (You can steam this in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften the broccoli)

8oz Cooked bow tie pasta

Dredge chicken in flour, then egg/milk mix and coat with seasoned bread crumbs pushing down on the chicken to help breading stick. Put 1oz of olive oil in a skillet and allow it to get hot. Fry the tenders in the oil for about 3 minutes, do not burn. The parmesan cheese in the bread crumbs tends to darken quickly so medium heat will give the best results. Flip the chicken and add the broccoli to the skillet. Allow them to cook for about 3 minutes and add the wine sauce and the pasta. Toss it all to coat and allow the sauce to get bubbly. Transfer to a serving bowl and your dinner is ready!
