WILMINGTON, OH (FOX19) - A girl has died in a motorcycle crash in Clinton County.

It happened around 12:30 p.m. on U.S. 22/3 at the intersection of George Rd.

Police say Garold A. Schudel, 63, of Centerville, was operating a pick up truck with a fifth wheel trailer northbound on George Road and failed to yield from a stop sign, pulling into the path of William A. Glass Jr., 63, of Maineville, who was operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Police say Glass took evasive action by braking and then laid the bike on the ground before striking the trailer.

Schudel and two other passengers in the truck were not injured. Glass and his female passenger were taken to Clinton Memorial Hospital, and then glass was flown to UC Hospital and the child to Children's Hospital.

The girl was pronounced dead at Children's Hospital. Her name has not been released. Glass remains at University Hospital, where his condition is unknown. Both were wearing helmets.
