CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A suspect in rock-throwing case was in court on Thursday morning.

Joseph Burdine, 18, faces one count of felonious assault. Police say he and a 16-year-old friend were throwing rocks onto Columbia Parkway on June 14. One of the rocks hit 23-year-old Joyce Baresel in the head, causing a skull fracture.

Burdine's bond was set at $600,000. He was arrested Wednesday night after police named him as a suspect and he turned himself in.

The 16-year-old suspect is being held at the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center.
