CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati man has been indicted for a January, 2009 murder.
Larry M. Washington, 25, was indicted Thursday for aggravated murder and two counts of having weapons under disability.
Police say Washington shot and killed Dewey Curtis, 19, on January 27 in the 2000 block of Central Ave.
Washington is already in the Hamilton County Jail on an unrelated offense.
