Arrests made in Clermont County church break-ins

CLERMONT COUNTY, OH (FOX19) --Two people have been arrested in connection to a series of church break-ins in the Clermont County area.

It all began on June 7th when the incidents were reported. The break-ins occurred at the Calvary Baptist on State Route 756, Spring Grove United Methodist on Bethel New Richmond Road, Nicholsville Pentecostal on State Route 222, and the Mt. Pisgah United Methodist. Sheriff say that the suspects forced their way into the buildings and stole small amounts of cash and electronic equipment.

Along with the churches being broken into, the Bachelier Ball Park Concession Stand on Lindale Mt. Holly Road was stolen from. The total value of the items stole and the cost to repair the damages was $2,500 dollars.

Information from a Clermont County Corrections Officer working at the jail lead to arrests in the thefts.

Those arrested include 22-year-old Dustin Bailey and a juvenile. Sheriffs are still looking for 18-year-old London Shauck.

Bailey and the juvenile are charged with five counts of Breaking and Entering.Bailey is currently being held at the Clermont County Jail.

Shauck is charged with five counts of Complicity to Breaking and Entering.
