CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Hamilton County grand jury failed to indict a teenage suspect in a rock throwing case from last month.

Joseph Burdine, 18, faced charges of felonious assault after police said he was one of two teens who were throwing rocks onto Columbia Parkway on June 14.

One of the rocks severely injured Joyce Baresel.

Burdine and another teen were arrested earlier this month.

However, a grand jury said there was not enough evidence to indict Burdine.

The 16-year-old suspect will be in juvenile court for a hearing on Friday.
