CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A judge has determined that there is probable cause in the case involving a 16-year-old juvenile accused of throwing rocks at cars on Columbia Parkway.
A juvenile court judge will determine if the teen should be bound over as an adult. The case was continued until July 29, when the judge will make that ruling.
Earlier this week, an 18-year-old, Joseph Burdine, was not indicted by a Hamilton County grand jury because of a lack of evidence.
The 16-year-old faces one count of felonious assault after one of the rocks that was thrown severely injured 23-year-old Joyce Baresel. There were also at least 11 other reports of damage that night.
