BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19) -  A Blue Ash man is under arrest after police say he repeatedly raped a 12-year-old girl he babysat overnights at his home.

Police say James Edward Simpson, 40, was a longtime friend of the family and he watched the girl for two years while her mother worked third shift.

The girl and her mother reported the alleged abuse last week after the girl told a neighbor.

Simpson is charged with 10 counts of rape and is being held at the Hamilton County Jail with no bond.
