Azteca Beef Barbacoa Smothered Burritos

1 package Azteca Flour Tortillas

1 (16 oz.) package Azteca Beef Barbacoa

1 (12 oz.) package Azteca Pinto Beans

1 cup Azteca Queso Quesadilla Cheese

¼ cup Azteca Tomatillo & Poblano Chile Sauce

Heat Beef Barbacoa and Pinto Beans according to package directions. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Fill tortilla with ¼ cup shredded beef, ¼ cup beans and 1 T shredded cheese. Wrap into a burrito and smother with warmed tomatilla sauce and top with cheese. Cheese can be melted by placing the finished burritos in the microwave for 20 seconds or let the warm sauce melt the cheese.

Serve with heated Azteca Mexican Rice and Azteca Roasted Tomato Salsa or Roasted Chile Salsa and chips.
