ATHENS, Ohio (AP) - A 20-year-old Ohio University student has been charged in the death of another student who fell earlier this year from a fourth-floor dormitory window.

Prosecutors accuse James Tyler Wagers of supplying hallucinogenic mushrooms that contributed to the death of 20-year-old Eric Hansen.

A coroner said tests found traces of the mushrooms in Hansen 's blood when he died April 29, a day after he fell at Weld House.

Wagers, of Mansfield, was indicted Monday in Athens County on one count of involuntary manslaughter and one count of aggravated drug trafficking.

He's being held in jail in Huron County, where he was arrested without incident on Tuesday. Jail staff did not know whether he had an attorney. Hansen was an engineering student from suburban Cleveland.
