"It has always been my philosophy that patients should be completely informed before they consider any plastic surgery procedure. An educated patient is better able to articulate their particular needs and concerns and more confident of their anticipated surgical result. For me, it starts with being a good listener and then responding with the appropriate suggestions based on the unique physical and psychological characteristics of my patients. While everyone desires an excellent result, setting realistic expectations is important for the surgeon as well as the patient. I work hard at achieving the goals of my patients and pleased when I am able to exceed their expectations. I provide the experience and expertise they deserve along with the information they require. At that point, an educated choice can then be made, provided at a reasonable cost."
