WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Two suspects have been arrested for breaking into an auto repair shop.

It happened early Wednesday morning at Mark's Automatic Transmission Service. Police say someone stole over $20,000 worth of mechanics tools and diagnostic equipment. The suspects loaded the property in a Lincoln Town Car, which was left for servicing, and fled.

On Wednesday afternoon, deputies located the stolen Town Car abandoned on the lot of the Miami View Apartments. None of the stolen items were found at the time.

Later that afternoon, deputies saw a Ford pick up truck traveling north on State Route 128 with the stolen property loaded in the bed of the truck. The truck was stopped and the two suspects were taken into custody.

Preston Cooper, 26, of Cincinnati, is charged with one count of receiving stolen property. Robert Krull, 20, of Cincinnati, is charged with one count of breaking and entering and one count of receiving stolen property.

Cooper was given a court date and released from due to overcrowding. Krull remains at the Justice Center pending arraignment.
