WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19)-- Hamilton County Sheriffs have arrested two men accused of breaking into a business on Wednesday.

On August 12 at 1:00am, unknown suspects broke into Mark's Automatic Transmission Service at the 6300 block of State Route 128. The suspects stole over $20,000 worth of mechanic tools and diagnostic equipment. The stolen equipment was loaded in to a customer's vehicle that was left for servicing and fled the scene.

Deputies located the vehicle abandoned on the lot of Miami View Apartments on Mill Street a short time after 12:00pm. None of the stolen items were found in the vehicle.

A few hours later, Hamilton Sheriff's Detectives spotted a white truck traveling north on State Route 128 with the stolen property in the bed of the truck. The truck was pulled over and the two suspect were taken into custody.

26-year-old Preston Cooper is charged with Receiving Stolen Property and 20-year-old Robert Krull is charged with Breaking and Entering and Receiving Stolen Property.

Cooper was given a court date and released due to budget cuts and overcrowding at the Justice Center. Krull still remains behind bars awaiting arraignment.
