Police investigate fatal crash in Spring Grove Village

SPRING GROVE VILLAGE, OH (FOX19) - The Cincinnati Police Department's traffic unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash.

It happened Sunday afternoon in the 4700 block of Winton Road.

Police say Mary Fletcher, 91, of College Hill, was operating her vehicle northbound on Winton Road when she attempted to turn left onto Gray Road and was struck by a northbound vehicle.

Fletcher was taken to University Hospital, where she died. Police say she was wearing a seat belt.

Marguerite Goodwin, 47, of Mount Auburn, was operating the southbound vehicle. She was taken to University Hospital and was treated and released. Police say she was also wearing a seat belt.

Terez Graves, 19, of Springfield Township, a passenger in Goodwin's vehicle, was also injured in the crash. He was taken to University Hospital and was also treated and released. Police say he was wearing a seat belt.

Latoya Spradley, 19, of Springfield Township, another passenger in Goodwin's vehicle, was admitted to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. She was not wearing a seat belt.

Witnesses to the crash are asked to contact the Traffic Unit at 513-352-2514.
