CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A citizens group was at the Hamilton County Board of Elections Tuesday, asking for changed ballot language on the city's rail issue.
Cincinnatians for Progress says the language asking for passenger rails, including streetcars, issue to be put on the November ballot is too broad and includes all passenger rail expenditures in the city. They are asking for the board of elections to adopt ballot language that will clearly inform voters of the issue.
The group wants voters who signed the petition to get the rail issue on the ballot to be able to remove their names.
