COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A man wanted by Kentucky State Police was arrested in Colerain Township after a four hour standoff.

Timothy Barnett, 31, was wanted by KSP for strong armed robbery and rape. He was located by Colerain Township Police in the 2800 block of Jonrose Ave.

When police arrived at around 11:15 p.m. Sunday night, Barnett refused to obey orders and ran to his apartment and locked himself inside.

The Hamilton County SRT Unit responded and tried to get Barnett to surrender. Around 3:15 a.m., police made a forced entry and arrested Barnett.

He is being charged with obstruction of justice and inducing panic.
