GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A Loveland woman has been charged with her fourth OVI in six years.

Marya Green, 30, was arrested earlier this month during a traffic stop at the corner of Vindale and Park Ave. in the Green Acres Mobile Home Park in Loveland.

Police say Green admitted to using marijuana, Xanex, Hydrocodone, Percocet and another pain pill that evening, but refused to submit a blood test at the time of arrest.

Green was arrested and charged with driving under OVI suspension, non compliance, DUS, and being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It is her fourth OVI in six years.

Green made national headlines last summer when Goshen Township Police arrested her for driving drunk, while allowing her 1 year old to steer the car.

A judge has issued a $20,000 bond for Green. She's expected back in court this week.
