Funeral arrangements set for St. X teen

Funeral arrangements have been set for a St. Xavier student who died earlier this month after being struck by a car.

Kevin Le's funeral will be Saturday, Sept. 26 at St. Xavier High School, 600 W. North Bend Road. There will be a visitation from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Berning Gymnasium, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., also in the Berning Gym. Burial will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery at approximately noon. After the burial, there will be a reception from 1 to 5 p.m. in the multipurpose room at the Sharonville Community Center.

Kevin died Sept. 17 following injuries he sustained after being struck by a car Sept. 8 and falling into a coma from which he never recovered.

Kevin was an honor-roll student last year as a sophomore, as well as being a member of the St. X wrestling team, the XMen chorus and Something Blue vocal ensemble. He also worked with the custodial department during summer vacations and after school.

Kevin Le is survived by his mother, Diane Le, brothers Bryan Le ('09), Phillip Le ('12) and David Le, a sixth-grader at St. Michael's School in Sharonville. He is also survived by his father, Michael Le.
