Inmate escapes from Warren County

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Police are looking for an inmate who escaped has escaped.

David Munsch, 33, was at a physician's office in the Hoxworth Building when he walked away around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Police say he was on a medical furlough and was unsupervised.

He was being held on a $5,750 bond on a probation violation out of Mason and an obstructing official business charge out of Lebanon. Investigators say he has a history of not showing up for court.

Munsch is described as a white male, 5'11" and around 155 pounds. He is wearing an orange jumpsuit with a hospital gown over it.
