UPDATE: Suspect arrested in Winton Hills murder

WINTON HILLS, OH (FOX19) - The U.S. Marshals and the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) have arrested a man wanted in a September murder.

Antonio Portis, 19, was arrested Tuesday after being wanted for murder. Officials say that Portis was hiding out in a home on Earnshaw Avenue in Cincinnati. After he realized the house was surrounded, he and two other occupants surrendered and were taken into custody.

Officials also recovered five firearms from the residence.

Police say that Antonio Portis shot and killed 26-year-old Michael Cephas on Sept. 21 on Dutch Colony.

Portis is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $1 million bond.

WINTON HILLS, OH (FOX19) - Police have filed murder charges against a suspect in a Winton Hills murder.

Antonio Portis, 19, is wanted for the murder of Michael Cephas.

Cephas was found suffering from a gunshot wound on Sept. 21 in the 700 block of Dutch Colony. He later died at the hospital.
