BREAKING NEWS: Police have arrested and charged a teenager for a fatal hit and run in Evanston over the weekend.

Ohioans can begin voting today for November's general election.

Here is some important information for parents regarding booster seats. Beginning next week, children ages 4 through 7 will now be required to sit in a booster seat.

Two arrests have been made in a wedding crasher theft in Indiana.

A local restaurant owner is making efforts to help a victim of a rock-throwing incident. Jeff Ruby also stopped by FOX19 to talk about the fundraiser and an ad he placed in Sunday's newspaper.

More information is expected today on the Markland Dam in Warsaw, which was damaged over the weekend, slowing traffic on the Ohio River.

A dry but chilly start to your Tuesday. Expect temperatures in the mid to upper 40's this morning with a sun and cloud mix today and a high of 60 degrees. We should be around 74 degrees this time of year so we will remain below normal, but staying dry. More sunshine with clearing skies Wednesday afternoon and that means Thursday morning we could have temperatures in the upper 30's in some locations.
