COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) - A trial date has been set for four people accused of killing and burning a man in Campbell County.

Shawn Davis' remains were found in January under a bridge in Cold Spring. Since his death, four people - Mary Hartbarger, 34, Patrick Cooke, 24, Samantha Mayse, 19, and Timmy Parker, 27 - have all been charged with his murder.

Kenton County Commonwealth's Attorney Rob Sanders says the suspects will likely be tried together when their trial begins on May 11, 2010.

Parker also faces charges for allegedly killing his cellmate in the Kenton County Jail.

All four face the death penalty if convicted of Davis' murder.
