Recipe from Susan Hernandez of Baton Rouge, La.
4 cans quartered artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped
4 cups fancy shredded mozarella cheese
1 8oz. Container of parmesan cheese
2 cups of real mayonaisse (hellemans's is best!)
Mix all ingredients together well. Put in a rectangular baking dish (like a lasagna pan). Bake in an oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips or as a side dish with your favorite holiday meal. This is fabulous!
