Total Time: 8 hours
1 2lb. pork loin roast
2 T dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 cup fresh apple cider
1. Place pork roast in crock-pot. Spread mustard over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Pour apple cider around roast.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
4. Slice and serve.
