Trihealth and Proctor and Gamble are two of Working Mothers Magazine's Top 100 companies. Kudos to them. Offerinf flex time, job sharing, support for breast feeding, daycare and summer camps. As well opportunities for job advancement are just some of the reasons why.
With women still struggling with the decision on whether to come back to work after having a baby, it's encouraging to know there are companies and employers who support women and their need for work life balance. Happy moms make happy employees.
More companies should take a page from Trihealth and P&G and in the process of supporting families they support the company and the community.
