WEST CHESTER, OH (FOX19) - Police say they have found the body of a missing West Chester woman.

Patrice Battle, 33, was last seen on Thursday.

Sgt. Joe Gutman with the West Chester Police Department says a tipster called police after seeing news reports about the search for Patrice and told police about tire tracks going into the water around Plum Tree Drive and Vegas Way.

Police began searching the area around 4:15 a.m.  Just before 5 a.m., divers located Battle's body, and a short time later, her silver Saab was located.

Evidence suggests Battle's vehicle went off the right side of the road on Plum Tree, then came back on the roadway and off the left side of the road and into the pond.

The Butler County coroner has ruled the cause of death as accidental drowning.
