LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - The cause of a triple fatal fire in Lebanon has been ruled arson, according to the Ohio State Fire Marshal.

Three men died in the fire on Oct. 19 on Walnut Street.

The fire marshal's office says the home was not equipped with working smoke detectors. After extensive review and tests, investigators have ruled out all accidental causes and have evidence the fire was intentionally set. Because the fire has been ruled as a criminal act, specific details about the evidence will not be released at this time.

Investigators say the more-than a century year old home was in no condition to be lived in.

State Fire Marshal investigators are offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the identification of the person or persons resonsible for the fire. Anyone with information should call the State Fire Marshal office at 1-800-589-2728.
