CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A trial date has been set for the Delhi man accused of killing and dismembering his wife.
John Strutz reported his wife missing last August. Investigators later found her bone fragments at the couple's home.
Strutz is charged with murder, tampering with evidence, and gross abuse of a corpse.
His trial date was set for Feb. 10.
