12 cupcakes

Vanilla frosting

Multicolored sprinkles

24 scallop-edge cookies

Swedish Fish


S shaped cookies

White, round sprinkles

Chocolate sprinkles

White cookie icing

Small marshmallows

  1. Spread 1 can (16 oz.) vanilla frosting over 12 baked cupcakes; sprinkle with chocolate or multicolored sprinkles.
  2. Make turkeys: Spread flat sides of 12 scallop-edge cookies with white cookie icing; top with 12 additional scallop-edge cookies, flat side down.  For feathers, with cookie icing, attach 5 Swedish fish in an arc shape onto top of each cookie sandwich.  Attach 1 gumdrop to center of each arc.  For head, attach an s shaped cookie onto each gumdrop.  For eyes, attach white, round sprinkles and bits of chocolate sprinkles to head.  For beaks and waddles, attach bits of orange and red Swedish fish.  Let stand until dry.
  3. Carefully press turkeys into frosting on cupcakes.  Prop up with marshmallows.
