MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - A man has died after he was struck by a car in Middletown.
It happened at Roosevelt Blvd. and Jackson Ln. just before 6 p.m. on Monday.
Police say Charles Kurtz, 54, of Middletown, was struck by an eastbound vehicle on Roosevelt. He was taken to Atrium Hospital and then transferred to Miami Valley in Dayton where he died.
The driver of the car, Brittney Bess, of Middletown, stopped after the crash. Police have not said if charges will be filed.
