Cincinnati man charged with receiving stolen guns

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati man is charged with receiving guns stolen from a local American Legion.

Police say sometime between 9:30pm on November 10th, and 10:20 am on November 12th, someone broke into the American Legion on Wilmer Avenue and stole several M1 rifles.

James Mack is now charged with receiving those rifles, when he knew they were stolen.

Receiving stolen property is a fourth degree felony.
