Homemade Graham Crackers from A Spoon Fulla Sugar

1/2 C Sugar

2 3/4 C All Purpose Flour

1/2 C Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/3 tsp. Kosher Salt

7 Tbls. Unsalted Butter

1/3 C Honey

5 Tbls. Whole Milk

2 Tbls. Vanilla

Blend all dry ingredients with the butter in a food processor.  Mix untill crumbly.  Then add the wet ingredients, pulse it untill it comes together to form a ball.  Place the dough in the fridge for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350.   Let the dough sit out on counter for about 10 min. to come to room tempurature.  Roll the dough out to about 1/8 of and inch thick.  Cut into squares (this is the traditional shape, but you can use any shape).  With a fork dock the dough before it goes into the oven.  *If you would like to put cinnamon sugar on them this would be the time to sprinkle them.  Bake for 7 min, and rotate the pan in the oven and bake for anouther 7 min.  When they are completley finished they shouldn't be soft to the touch at all.  They should feel complely dry.
