Stovetop Clambake


6 small redskin potatoes

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

16 little-neck clams

16 dozen mussels

4 ears small corn nib-lets

1 lb kielbasa

2 sticks unsalted butter

4 lemon wedges

4-6oz. lobster tails

5-6 oz. chicken stock

Cooking Directions:

In a steamer pot, cook on med-high heat or until potatoes are tender.

Serving Instructions:

Serve with lemon wedges and melted butter.
