BATAVAIA, OH (FOX19) - A Clermont County grand jury has indicted a youth minister and several charges stemming from allegations that he had a sexual relationship with teenage girl.

Chris Evans, the youth minister at Saltair Church of Christ, was indicted on 10 counts of sexual battery and 10 counts of unlawful sexual contact with a minor. Each count carries potential prison confinement of five years.

Evans was arrested last week after the sheriff's office received a report of an improper relationship between Evans and a teenage girl. Police have said there is no indication that anything took place at the church or during church activities, and no other victims have been identified.
