As of 11AM snow showers in the Tri-State, no major accumulation is expected, however enough is coming down so that a slick spot or tow could develop but only on untreated roads as temperatures are now around freezing.

Then it will be cloudy this afternoon with a high of 36 degrees. We will have a few spots of sunshine on Wednesday with a high near 40.

There could be a few patches of light  freezing rain early on Thursday but it will change to rain late in the day and for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Temperatures will reach into the 40's and then colder for weekend with snow showers.
