LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Bond was set Wednesday for a Warren County minister and his wife who are facing sex charges.
Jeff and Alice Kilburn each face one count of sexual imposition and one count of child endangering. They turned themselves in to police and were video arraigned in Warren County court on Wednesday morning. Bond was set at $100,000 each.
Jeff Kilburn told the judge he and his wife have never been in any trouble.
"We've never been in any kind of trouble before at all in any way," Kilburn said. "We're not a flight risk. We have no money. We have no funds available."
The couple was indicted last week after an investigation was launched in July. A 16-year-old boy claimed he was raped at the couple's home, which doubles as the Clark Home Place Ministry.
The case was turned over to Adams County, because Jeff Kilburn is related to a Warren County commissioner.
"At this point in time, we're unaware of any other victims, but the matter is under investigation and will continue to be investigated," said prosecutor David Kelley.
A pretrial hearing has not yet been set.
