SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Two more lawsuits have been filed against a Springfield Township daycare.
Covenant Apostolic Church sent a letter to parents earlier this month saying two employees may have given children the drug Melatonin to help them take their naps. Those two employees have since been fired.
Two lawsuits lawsuit were filed Wednesday against Covenant Apostolic Church by attorney Eric Deters on behalf of parents of children at the daycare.
The lawsuits accuse the daycare of negligence, battery, malice and negligent supervision.
These lawsuits follow one already submitted by a parent on behalf of all the children who may have been exposed to Melatonin.
