HEBRON, KY (FOX19) - Several passengers at the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport had to go through security twice Thursday morning after a security breach.
CVG spokeswoman Barb Schempf says the breach happened about 6 a.m. in Terminal 2. Several passengers had to be brought back through security.
K-9 units were brought in to sweep the terminal, but nothing was found.
Schempf says a few flights were delayed slightly.
A spokesperson with the Transportation Security Administration says the breach was caused by someone who picked up their bag before it was fully screened.
Everything was back to normal by 8 a.m.
